All tour booking requests must be confirmed in writing by email or verified WhatsApp chat. Quotes are subject to availability of hotel rooms and vehicle types at the time of final advance deposit confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed once the requested advance payment is received.
Unless agreed otherwise by the management, clients must pay 30% to 50% of the total tour package cost as an advance deposit to secure hotel stays and private car allocation. The remaining balance must be cleared upon arrival in Srinagar or on the first day of the tour.
Our private sedan and SUV fleets operate strictly within the J&K transport guidelines. Due to local transport union regulations in Pahalgam (Aru, Betaab, Chandanwari) and Sonamarg (Thajiwas glacier), sightseeing in those specific meadows must be completed via local union taxi rentals. These charges are excluded from standard packages unless explicitly declared in your final invoice.
Kashmir is a high-altitude mountain zone. Global Edge Travels is not responsible for tour alterations, flight delays, highway blockages, or closures of sites (like Gondola Phase 2 or Sonamarg roads) caused by landslides, snow storms, political strikes, or administrative restrictions. We will make best efforts to coordinate alternative routes or adjust itineraries without extra driver charges where possible.
